Rzecz o prawie
#RzeczOPrawie featuring Iga Dolipska on the employee market, expectations from both sides, and "modern" non-wage benefits.
Legal Market Report 2023/2024
In the Report, we examined e.g. remuneration, bonuses, reasons for leaving the organization or the situation of women and the LGBTQ+ community. We invite you to read!
Iga Dolipska, a lawyer and headhunter, was a guest on the magazine "Rzecz o Prawie." The discussion focused on the changes occurring in the market, including expectations towards employers. As shown in the recently published Supesu Recruitment report, lawyers, who see a four-day work week as the most desired benefit, seem to have had enough of working almost non-stop.
- "It has been accepted that this is the way it is in this industry. The question is, does it really have to be this way," Dolipska remarked, reminding us that the development of new technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence, can automate part of the processes and reduce tasks. The biggest barrier to overcome, therefore, seems to be the mental one.

The CEO of Supesu Recruitment stated that the employee market has returned post-pandemic, and now law firms have to compete for the best lawyers. Their managers should, therefore, listen more closely to the needs of their staff, especially since young lawyers today are not reluctant to change jobs to ones that better suit them. - "On average, they look for a new law firm every two years, and it's not necessarily about better pay," emphasized Iga Dolipska.
The second guest of the magazine was Dr. Hab. Patrycja Grzebyk, professor at the University of Warsaw and specialist in international criminal law. The impetus for the discussion was the recent request by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant for Hamas leaders and top Israeli politicians, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
